Parenthood comes in many different forms. “Get too attached” isn’t just a cute phrase. As a foster parent myself, I believe in the power of getting too attached. It is about not withholding love or getting caught up in the “what if’s” or worries of the unknown. It is an encouragement to give EVERY child a taste of passionate, selfless, unconditional love. Love that is relentless no matter how much they try to push you away. It is about advocating hard for every child no matter how long he or she is in your care. It is about staying in touch and sustaining the relationship instead of inflicting more trauma or reinforcing the lie that nobody wants them. It is serious business and we believe: absolutely worth it.

MATERIALS: Comfort Colors Brand Pigment Dyed, preshrunk 80/20 cotton/polyester
Due to the nature of the dyeing process employed with Comfort Colors pigment dyed shades, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments in cold water only with like-colored garments or by themselves, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light or white colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining.
Do not spot clean these shirts. Pigment dyed materials will lose color in the area you are attempting to clean. Wash in cold water and lay flat, hang or air fluff with no heat to dry.
NOTE: Due to the dye process no two sweatshirts’ color will look exactly alike. There may also appear to be black spots in areas but that is where the dye is saturated and concentrated. With time, these spots will lighten but may not go completely away.
